The Iran Prosperity Project (IPP) Emergency Phase framework addresses cybersecurity as a key transition domain. Publicly available materials reference the following themes:
- Protection of critical cyber-physical infrastructure
- Telecommunications and digital network stabilization
- Reduction of risks in legacy OT/SCADA environments
- Establishment of transitional cybersecurity coordination
